The focus of the Optional Conference held on March 24-25, 2015 in Budapest is agile management. The purpose of the event is to demonstrate tendencies, theories, and techniques already known to the industry, and to introduce the new trends. Similar to last year’s event, the organizers aim to find a healthy balance between the presentations that do not require experience in the methodology, the advanced techniques and conceptions that assume deeper knowledge from the audience, and the case studies made in preparation for decision-making.
The app contains the detailed programme of the conference and a list of the presenters. Users can also register, set reminders, invite colleagues, submit questions for the presenters, rate the presentations, send feedback, or share content on Facebook.
