The developer of the JAMKAPU mobile application is Infotec Kft. The application is operated within the framework of the service contract provided to the Customer. For the operation of the services related to the application, we handle device data that is not suitable for the unique identification of the user.

Scope of data managed in the JAMKAPU application:
Device identifier connected to PUSH messaging
Based on the User’s authorization, the device is connected to Push registration, so-called token ID is collected in a central database in connection with the project. The token itself does not identify the User, it is only suitable for Google LLC or Apple Inc. send an instant message to the users of the application via the messaging service provided by The User can prohibit Push registration in the application, which function automatically deletes the device identifier from the database.
We do not share the device identifiers with third parties, we do not use them for advertising purposes, only the Customer has the right to send messages to the Users.
After deleting the application, the token is automatically invalid and deleted from the database.
Valid tokens are managed within the framework of the contractual relationship with the Customer. It will be deleted from the database within 30 days after the termination of the contract.
Management of location data, GPS coordinate data for location determination
In connection with the map display, the application has the possibility to display the current position of the User. This feature uses the device’s GPS coordinates. The function is used based on the User’s permission. We do not store or collect location data, they are only used to display the current position on a map.
